The Global Residence Permit came into power on Oct 8, 2012, & revised in June & September 2015. An individual can apply for GRP under the following requirements:
  • Purchase a real estate property worth at least €500,000 or above & maintain the investment for 5 years (minimum)
  • The property could be residential, commercial, agricultural land, or industrial
  • The applicant should hold a full permanent residence
